Hmmm. My thought upon walking groggy into the ebb-tide this morning, scrambled brain still on askew from the Phone Booth last night was ---
“What kind of hangover cure can the Ebb-Tide offer a damaged tippler like myself?”
Yes there are options. – The infamous hangover hash comes to mind, and for some reason Scotty’s Potatoes always serves me well – Still does the Ebb-Tide need more hangover food, or do I need fewer hangovers?
I posit the former as truth, given that the Ebb Tide’s clientele on weekends is (by a rough estimate) 60 – 80% hungover…
There are hundreds of hangover recipes, from every culture on the globe and some may even be edible.
A big Hoagie perhaps? Gazpacho? Some sort of Miso concoction? Beerios?
My update of a WASP classic: A big glass of water and 4 Aleve?
Thoughts?

Fri, October 10, 2003 - 11:56 AMA tall, frosty glass of bloody mary always served me well. But I don't think the ebb tide can serve it with its active ingredient. Can we bring/sneak our own? -

Fri, October 10, 2003 - 1:54 PMWhen are you people going to get religion? The sausage sandwich (yes, Italian sausage, just as the good lord intended) works wonders for hangover mitigation. For even better results, add a side of bacon, as I did this morning.
