Was feeling awfully blue this morning before heading to the 'tide. It is thus my solemn duty to report the results of my experiment in mood modification exclusively through products and services available at the 'tide.
This morning's data:
Cappuccino
Kabocha Squash Soup
Grilled Cheese w/Pesto
So, given a milky, frothy, coffee-y stimulant beverage named after monks, and pretty cool monks at that, especially their outfits, a really nifty-colored soup from a very tasty squash with a goofy-ass name, and a sandwich containing both the traditional comfort elements of cheese/bread/friedness and also the exotically savory element of a tasty green basily slime whose name comes from the verb "to smash," I found my spirits much uplifted.
I can thus wholeheartedly recommend above without reservation to everyone in the universe in perpetuity.

Re: Empirical Study
Wed, October 22, 2003 - 7:05 PMAh, in my zeal to post, I neglected the services portion of the mood-modification experiment. On that front, I am happy to report that the innate and unwavering auratic splendor of the celestial proprietress and barmaid, one Kelleigh Trowbridge, contributed in no small part, nay mightily, to my improved outlook and upwardly re-oriented dispositional vector. -
