Let's have a vote?
Who would prefer scrapple to the sausage they serve at ET?
What about grits (without cheese)?
What about fried chicken and fucking WAFFLES?
I'd pay $8.50 for fried chicken and a waffle for breakkies at the ET.

Re: Snausages
Mon, October 6, 2003 - 3:27 PMKRT: Your regulars don't seem to like Italian sausage. Instead of scrapping it or scrappling it I'd investigate a chicken apple sausage or some old fashioned sage links.
I used to sell sausage for a living. As well as lard, sides of bacon, and brains. And scrapple.

Re: Scrapple
Mon, October 6, 2003 - 3:33 PMI wonder if the sausage problem is aesthetic – I know it cooks best split open, but it does look mildly terrifying. Perhaps whole links would appeal to the sausage haters, crunchy skin and all. Maybe sliced crosswise into little circles would be equally inoffensive? -
